Not at all. We’re home to a mix — creators, consultants, service providers, and design and build professionals. If you offer services that support any of them, like marketing, bookkeeping, or consulting, you’re welcome in our community.
We offer dedicated desks and private studios for teams of 1 to 6. All include sit-stand desks, fast fibre wifi, kitchen use, and meeting rooms — plus access to our podcast, photo, and video studios.
Lease terms start at just 3 months with only 1-month notice needed for upgrades, downsizing, or cancellation.
No membership needed! Our events are open to all and include networking, socials, and industry-specific learning.
Yes — our meeting rooms and event spaces are available by the hour for both members and non-members.
