Both members and non-members can book our boardroom and training lounge. Whether you’re hosting a client meeting or a workshop, our spaces are open to all professionals in the Vancouver area.
Yes. All meeting room bookings require admin approval to ensure availability and support preparation. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access details.
Each booking includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a full TV and projector setup, and access to our shared kitchen for coffee, tea, or catering setup. Reception support is available during operating hours to assist with anything you need.
Our Boardroom seats up to 12 people, ideal for presentations and client meetings. Our Training Lounge accommodates up to 30 seated (or 50 standing) — perfect for workshops, seminars, or team training.
Meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Weekend bookings can be requested in advance and are subject to approval.
Rates are based on hourly bookings. Pricing may vary depending on the room type and event duration. You can check real-time availability and rates through our online booking portal.
You can easily request a booking online through our Meeting Room Booking Portal . Simply select your preferred space and time slot — once approved, you’ll receive confirmation by email.

You can modify or cancel your booking directly through your confirmation email or member portal. We recommend providing at least 1 week notice to avoid cancellation fees.
